Our Principal was the project architect and manager for this extensive repositioning and amenity project. New building owners were struggling with occupancy at this collection of former industrial spaces, but saw potential in the large bays and natural light in the over-sized floor plates

Services included site master planning, development of tenant lobbies, facade replacement, and a full service common cafe.

Gensler’s interventions led to a renewed lease commitments from a major tenant, and eventual full occupancy
